I created this blog to chronicle my journey of health and fitness. I will detail my exercise programs and my thoughts on health and fitness topics. I will also post about my dietary habits, recipes that I've tried, tweaked or create.
I am on a diet quest, but I also love food. Currently I have about 40lbs to lose, but my overall goal is to build a sculpted body. I will use the scale of one of the guides, but my main goal is to build more muscle and diminish fat pockets.
