My Workout-Body Revolution-Week 2-Workout 2

Yesterday was supposed to be workout 2, but I had to reschedule :>  I was super tired after only getting 3 hours of sleep and that might be generous.  I took melatonin and off to sleep I went.  I woke up refreshed this morning so today was a better day.

I will push up workout 2 to Saturday to keep on schedule for next week.  Tomorrow I will really try to get in cardio in addition to workout 1.

Off to find dinner.
